Residents may receive therapy services on-site through licensed third-party providers of their choosing. While the community does not offer therapy services directly, we are happy to provide space for qualified organizations that conduct community visits. This allows residents to access services such as occupational therapy for seniors in a familiar and comfortable setting.
1. Identify Therapy Needs & Choose a Provider - Residents may choose a licensed therapy provider that offers community visits. Insurance verification and physician orders are coordinated directly with the selected provider.
2. On-Site Evaluation - The therapy provider completes an initial evaluation within the community to understand the resident’s needs and goals.
3. Personalized Care Plan - A customized plan of care is created, which may include physical, speech, and occupational therapy for seniors, focused on supporting independence and daily living.
Exercises for endurance and strengthening. Treats swelling, joint pain, and limited range of motion. Balance training and fall reduction.
Training on functional skills needed to independently complete daily tasks. Improves ability to transfer in/out of the tub, shower, bed, and car. This aspect of occupational therapy for seniors is designed to help older adults regain confidence in their daily routines.
Improves swallowing skills through muscular strengthening. Addresses expressive and receptive communication skills. Cognition retraining.
Individual or Small Group Wellness for functional mobility and cognitive fitness. This is ideal for maintaining independence, improving overall fitness, and supporting cognitive health through personalized or group activities.



Residents may access outpatient therapy services through licensed third-party providers of their choosing who offer community-based visits. These services are designed to support quality of life, independence, and overall well-being. Conditions addressed may include:
