There are so many things I enjoy and like about living at The Terraces: Residents have the opportunity to eat in the dining room and choose what they want to eat and also choose whom to eat with. This is an excellent opportunity to get acquainted with new residents and share information. There are stimulating classes where we gather and sing familiar songs, learn in class, and play games and cards.

Upon moving in to The Terraces, the staff was supportive, friendly, and considerate. I was able to continue my physical therapy with an amazing, on-site team of professionals. I met interesting, friendly residents willing to share stories of their life and extend an invitation to participate in new experiences together. And most importantly, there was an air of dedicated teamwork, from the Executive Director to the kitchen/maintenance staff and everyone in between.

The Lodge at the Terraces is so much more than a facility for older adults who want to enjoy an independent lifestyle. The staff are friendly, upbeat, and competent. The residents are friendly and easy to get along with and bring many different backgrounds. Food service is nicely done, and the menu is varied, and the meals are good. All in all, it is a glorious place.
